This phase includes collaboration on concepting, design and honestly value engineering the cost of your project. The project is then moved to the bid process where every possible element of the work is tabulated and calculated to assure there are no major surprises later. There will always be surprises, but we do this tedious but critical collaborative work to minimize the big surprises. Preventing big surprises ensures that we stay on budget and avoid delays.
Based on our 20 years of experience building bars in the Bay Area, we are quite capable at this stage. When it comes to project overhead, we are able to keep ours much lower than our fellow industry contractors because we have spent 20 years focused just on building bars. This allows us to deliver the best possible project price.
Our Construction Critical Path Platform maps out the entire process, from scheduling, financials, approvals, reporting, and the thousands of major, minor and miniscule elements that are the building blocks of the finished bar. From this up-front Critical Path mapping, the project stays on track and on time. Depending on the project scope and scale, developing the Critical Path could focus the team to consider partnering with outside Project Management experts, architects, engineers, attorneys, expediters, consultants, sub-contractors, crafts people, artists and artisans.
Once the Critical Path for the project is formulated and agreed, the journey along that construction path commences. Partnered with trusted industry professionals and subcontractors, we maintain accountability throughout the entire bar build.
This demands constant monitoring and interaction in the lead up to the commencement of on-site work. We oversee budgets to ensure the cost control, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team and key stakeholders to create the bar vision, despite the inevitable
hick-ups which will surface along the way.
Partnered with trusted and longtime industry professionals and subcontractors, we maintain accountability throughout the entire bar build. From sequencing, to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal and opening day.
The last step in our bar builds. This rewarding phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections, collaboration with the PR team and move-in coordination with the venue managers and staff.
After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure all the stakeholders total satisfaction with the build. At that point, we do not vanish with the final check in hand. We will continue to be available 24/7/365. We stand behind our work because your guests stand beside our work. During your opening weeks we will make scheduled visits to the new bar to make any needed adjustments.
Ongoing Bar Builder Preventative Maintenance Service Agreements are typically proposed at this stage in order to protect your investment over the long term.
