CLEAN UP & RESTORATION

A rare specialty undertaking offered by The Bar Builder is our Clean Up & Restoration Service. If the bar has been flooded, damaged by fire and smoke, or a bus has driven through the front door, we have the strike team on standby to render the space safe for access and service as quickly as possible, as a licensed General Contractor. 

Once the space is rendered safe and hazard free, we will work with the operator, the property owner and the insurance representatives to generate a plan and estimate for the complete restoration of the bar. 

Why are we a good choice for this work? It's simple, over 20 years we have operated bars which have had to deal with nearly every type of hazardous situation. Getting the bar reopened for business as soon as absolutely possible after the disaster is critical. You need your income, maintain your staff, and you must provide a completely safe environment for your crew and guest to return to.
